Call center number: 509-684-7563

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-4pm

Please do not call the center trying to find out who the individuals are that tested positive, where they are located or further information concerning their individual cases; we do not have that information available for distribution. The call center is an effort to centralize information for the public concerning: what county/city offices are open, where there is testing, where can resources and assistance be found. This call center is not to replace Dispatch and is not for emergencies. All emergencies should still be directed through Dispatch and 9-1-1. The purpose of the call center is to have timely, accurate information available to the public.
